This is the latest* transformation to move data between WGS84 and NAD83 in the Pacific Islands, Guam and Samoa.[Updated as per Jan 2011]
1. Download this file : WGS_1984_to_NAD_1983_PacP00.txt * Change the file extension to .gtf
2. In Windows Explorer, from the menu bar choose Tools / Folder Options / View tab. Ensure the Show hidden files and folders radio button is checked.
3. Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\Your Profile\ Application\Data\ESRI\ArcToolbox\CustomTransformations
4. If needed, create a CustomTransformations folder in the above path.
5. Copy the .GTF file into the CustomTransformations folder.
6. When you add data to ArcMap, choose these newest transformations when prompted
