This is the latest transformation to move data between WGS84 and NAD83 in the Continental US and Alaska1. From the main PFO menu choose Utilities / Other / Coordinate System Manager 2. Click on the Datum transformations tab 3. Right-click in the left pane of the Coordinate System Manager window and choose Add New Datum Transformation / Seven Parameter 4. Name the new transformation NAD 1983 (CORS 96). 5. From the Ellipsoid menu, choose Geodetic Reference System 1980 6. From the Parameters radio buttons, choose From WGS-84 7. Enter the parameters as below. 8. Double-check to ensure the entered parameters match those shown below 9. Right-click on the transformation in the right pane of the Coordinate System Manager window and choose Edit to make any necessary changes
