ESRI ArcReader allows you to distribute interactive maps and data that you have created in ArcGIS to user who install the free ArcReader application on their machine.

Originally, the Previous Race Routes data was published in ArcReader.  The GeoPDF format  and npw Google mapping tools were chosen over ArcReader because progresses in those technologies.

The files remain available in the ArcReader article in the Projects section.
