- Assess route conditions
[suitability, soil types, required maintenance]
- Identify routes & designate uses
[open/closed/limited, permitted and non-permitted uses]
- Communicate multi-use of public lands
[signs, maps, permit processes]
- Monitor, document & regulate route use and development
[field presence, GPS and photographs]
